HDPE. Inner and outer deformed pipes (double wall), made of Polyethylene of
High Density for fibber optic cable protection and sewage system, highly
recommended for works of electrical and communication cable ducts.
The lightened structure makes
easier the installation and the outer deformed provides high strength
to squashing, making suitable for cables protection and sewage system. Inner
deformed as well allows it to support much better the tightness in the curves.

They are made on double walls of
PEAD and they are delivered in 6m length bars, palletised with wood frames;
each bar is jointed with a coupler.
Outer is PEAD and the inner is
PEMD, in order to provide more flexibility in the curves.
It is also offered palletised in 50 meters rolls and includes a cable-guide
and a join coupler.
Several colors and diam. de 40-200mm.
Also recommended for works of:

Lighted polyethylene pipe
of high density with deformed outer wall and smooth inner wall. The
inner wall has to be blue colour blue in order to facilitate a later
inspection by video camera.

These pipes are made of high-density
polyethylene by a system of co-extrusion that gives deformed the outer
wall and the plain the inner.
This structure permits the
following advantages with regard to the traditional pipes:

Extreme lightness and simplicity of placing. The interior structure is lightened.
The union of the pipes can be made by a nut-nut coupling with elastic joint
or by butt-welding.
Higher resistance to impacts and squashing. The exterior deformed structure
shares the effort of squashing along the along the circumference of the pipe,
distributing proportionally the charges. As it is made of polyethylene, these
pipes support elastically the impacts that are given to the pipe in conditions
of construction and also the excessive squashing as the material does not
break but recovers the initial form.
Installation's flexibility. One of the qualities of the polyethylene is its
great flexibility that allows softening the design and saving curve spare
parts. Besides, the union by welding allows being adapted to the land.
Abrasion's resistance. The resistance to the abrasion is higher that the resistance
of others traditional materials, as concrete, PVC...
Environmental compatibility. The polyethylene is a non-contaminant material
in its fabrication, process or while is being recycled.

Pipes for SUBMARINE POTABLE WATER PIPELINES.
Available in big diameters
up to 1.600 mm. These pipes are extruded directly into the water for
transportation and installation.
